Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If we don’t ship to your country yet, join our mailing list and we’ll let you know when we do.

Processing and delivery times
Every print is made to order. Production usually takes [2-4] business days. Estimated delivery is 6-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Multiple items
If you order several prints, or framed and unframed items together, they may be produced and shipped separately, so they might arrive on different days. You’ll get a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, check the tracking link first, then contact us.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for customers based in the United States and Canada. 

Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility unless we’ve said otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge reshipping costs.
